We need YOUR help
Hey gang…we are in the process of producing the 50th episode of SciFive and it is going to be a countdown of the 50 best things in SF. We would love to hear from you and add your faves in to the podcast, so here’s what we are looking for:
30second to 1 minute MP3 of you saying what your fave thing in SF is (TV show, vehicle, writer, artwork, concept, etc…) and a brief reason why. GIve your first name and where in the world you are (if you have a podcast feel free to plug it!)
Send the mp3 file to:
scifive@ladbrokeradio.com
We need your files by Saturday 5th November please.
MANY MANY THANKS to you all

Yowser…it’s only Episode 48, isn’t it?! This time around Neil & Tanja consider the many joys to be found in the world of recent animated SF movies and TV series. From NGE 2.22 to Summer Wars, via Clone Wars and Ghost In The Shell, it’s a cornucopia of pixels and cell shaded wonderment.
We Got Ourselves a Winner!
Remember a few months ago we ran a Sarah Jane Adventures competition? No? Well, we did…and after a while a bit longer than expected but shorter than an Orb album, we have a winner:
CAT CRANSTON of the lovely island nation of Australia!
The lovely Cat received her SJA goodies in the post today and that makes us very happy indeed. Hope you like them, Cat?! Here’s a piccie of the goodies sitting on her red rug thingy:

So…it is about time we got back in the saddle again…and that means new episodes of your fave short-form scifi podcast – huzzah!
SciFive – Ep 46.1 – Nicholas Briggs Special
In the world of Doctor Who there is one constant…the Daleks! And with them comes one man, one voice to rule them all! Nicholas Briggs is that man, legendary VO artists and actor, the voice not just of the Daleks but many ofther DW monsters, including the Judoon! But did you know he was also the executive producer of audiobook company Big Finish? Well, prepare to learn a whole heap of stuff…and some nonsense too…as Nick sits down in the studio with Neil for a SciFive Celebrity Special! We break the 5 minute barrier, but who cares when the chat is this good?
